Position: Financial Reporting Analyst
Your Responsibilities
- Focus on reporting to the Group headquarters based in China, ensuring all reporting requirements are met.
- Assist in the translation of reports and other communications.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports and conduct thorough analyses of financial results.
- Contribute to the preparation of forecasts to provide a clear overview of the financial trajectory.
- Present and explain performance KPIs, budgets, and forecasts to shareholders while engaging in the rollout of Group-wide processes and procedures.
- Develop transparent and detailed cost analyses and project insights to enhance operational efficiency.
- Undertake ad-hoc analyses, assignments, and business case calculations to address arising needs.
- Provide financial support for Group projects and manage internal audits from headquarters.
- Support the Chairman and Deputy CEO in finance-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with reporting requirements from shareholders.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in a financial function, preferably with a similar cultural background.
- Knowledge of Accounting & Reporting, including Chinese standards.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with SAP, LucaNet, and other analytical tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical abilities and a diligent work ethic.
- Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
- Fluent in English and Chinese is mandatory.
