At Deloitte Risk, Regulatory & Forensic, you play a crucial role in assisting banking and insurance clients in preventing, detecting, and responding to money laundering, sanctions breaches, and other financial crime risks. Collaborating closely with experienced colleagues, you will advise on sanctions-compliance programs, KYC remediation, and financial-crime risk assessments while optimizing AML transaction-monitoring frameworks.

• Gain deep insight into Swiss and international banking & insurance regulatory expectations (FINMA, EU AML)
• Implement monitoring solutions that reduce operational costs and enhance detection quality
• Deliver sanctions risk assessments and remediation plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Engage in meaningful projects while continuously learning and growing
• Advance your career toward CAMS or Swiss AML certifications through structured training and mentoring

Who We Are Looking For

• A focused problem solver who enjoys collaborative work
• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• Initial exposure to AML, compliance, or risk topics in banking, insurance, or consulting through internships, student roles, or thesis projects
• Fluency in English and either German or French
• Strong analytical skills

Join our multidisciplinary Forensic & Financial Crime team across Zurich and Geneva. You will support Switzerland's leading banks and insurers in addressing complex AML, sanctions, and fraud challenges that often attract regulatory scrutiny and media attention.
