Our client is a medium-sized Swiss corporate group with an international presence. Successfully active in various market segments, it combines tradition, innovation, and entrepreneurial strength. For a key role at the interface of financial management and corporate development, we are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive individual as:

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the CFO and lead a team of two employees.
• Organize the finance department and oversee its further development.
• Coordinate the consolidation of group companies.
• Create solid decision-making bases for management and the board of directors.
• Expand reporting and liquidity management processes.
• Ensure effective financial risk management.
• Coordinate financial processes on both domestic and international levels.
• Oversee budgeting and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Lead or participate in key projects while staying engaged with operational business activities.

Qualifications

• International experience with a degree in finance and accounting, along with additional business education.
• Solid practical experience and knowledge of SAP, Swiss GAAP FER, and the consolidation of international companies.
• Experience in initiating and supporting optimization projects is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, solution-oriented mindset, and proactive communication skills.
• Ability to drive developments independently and with commitment.
• High IT affinity and excellent proficiency in both German and English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
