To support the Finance team in Switzerland, we are seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Finance Specialist for a permanent position. In this role, you will assist with various finance tasks, including cash management, accounting, treasury, foreign exchange, regulatory reporting, and securities back-office. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the controlling and reporting agenda in a dynamic environment. This versatile role involves close cooperation with both back and front office teams, as well as investment teams. You will report directly to the Head of Finance within the Chief Financial Officer division, based in Zurich.

Your Tasks

• Processing and overseeing tasks related to cash management, accounting, treasury, foreign exchange, regulatory reporting, and securities back-office.
• Conducting independent investigations in these areas.
• Supporting projects in controlling and reporting.
• Contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing internal processes.
• Growing into a deputy role for the Head of Finance.

Your Profile

• A minimum of three years of experience in the finance department of a smaller bank in Switzerland, preferably with a focus on Private Banking.
• Solid operational knowledge in cash management, accounting, treasury, foreign exchange, regulatory reporting, and securities back-office, with a preference for candidates who have existing exposure to these processes.
• Strong affinity for technology with experience in finance and treasury tools; data enthusiasts are encouraged to apply. Finnova knowledge is preferred.
• Motivated, eager to learn, a self-starter willing to take on increasing responsibilities over time.
• A team player with a positive personality and high integrity, thriving in a dynamic and international environment.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Dutch and/or German language skills are a significant plus.
• Residency in Switzerland (Zurich area) is required.
