Your Mission
We are seeking a dynamic professional to support the development and shaping of a strong, performance-oriented finance organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining a comprehensive finance strategy that aligns with the team’s goals and includes essential work packages and milestones.
- Establish and manage an implementation program for the finance strategy, complete with tracking and reporting mechanisms.
- Take responsibility for dedicated work packages within the finance team.
- Conduct in-depth analyses on various interdisciplinary topics to aid the decision-making process, including structured documentation and board-ready recommendations, complete with impact analysis from a finance perspective.
- Contribute to the preparation of regular board meetings, financial reports, and essential documents.
- Provide support for finance-related ad hoc tasks from the Senior Management Team and the board.
- Support and/or lead collaborative projects with stakeholders from various departments to enhance overarching finance processes.
- Assist in developing a comprehensive digitization strategy for finance, paving the way toward a data-driven, digital finance organization.
- Identify and evaluate potential digital solutions and tools, including AI technologies.
- Develop a digitization roadmap closely aligned with all finance stakeholders and relevant interfaces within the company.
- Lead the implementation of dedicated initiatives and digital tools.
- Steer the S/4HANA integration within finance and serve as the key interface for all internal and external stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance, business administration, business informatics, or related fields.
- Experience or knowledge of SAP/S/4HANA; ideally, experience with implementation programs in other organizations.
- Proficiency in finance digitization tools, including experience with implementation and knowledge of AI opportunities for finance.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record in management consulting.
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects.
- Excellent analytical and structuring skills.
- Experience with strategy development and implementation programs.
- Ability to tailor and communicate complex key information to diverse audiences.
- Strong communication skills with the capacity to collaborate with teams across multiple locations.
- Performance-oriented personality with the ability to deliver under pressure.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is considered a benefit.
