Job Opportunity: Finance and Operations Specialist
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and quick-learning individual with a global mindset to support our daily Finance operations and administrative tasks at our Lausanne office.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
- Accounting:
- Oversee Accounts Receivable and order-to-remittance operations, which include billing, cash collection, bookkeeping, and revenue recognition across our global footprint.
- Execute, monitor, and control the accounts payable process, collaborating closely with trustees for payroll and other creditor payments.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting adjustments and closures alongside trustees and the Finance Manager.
- Manage grant cost reporting and perform other basic bookkeeping tasks as required by the business.
- Financial:
- Maintain and update revenue reporting, monthly Profit and Loss statements, and monthly cash balances.
- Assist with various financial operations tasks as dictated by evolving business needs.
Office Administration
- Handle occasional office administration tasks, including answering office phone calls, letter collection and distribution, managing shipments to partners, document archiving, and coordinating team-building activities.
