Job Opportunity: Finance Operations and Office Administration
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and quick-learning individual with a global mindset to support our daily finance operations, as well as the administration of our Lausanne office.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance
- Accounting:
- Take ownership of Accounts Receivable and order-to-remittance operations, including billing, cash collection, bookkeeping, and revenue recognition across our global footprint.
- Execute, monitor, and control the accounts payable process, collaborating closely with trustees for payroll and other creditor payments.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting adjustments and closures with trustees and the Finance Manager.
- Manage grant cost reporting.
- Perform other basic bookkeeping tasks as needed by the business.
- Financial:
- Maintain and update revenue reporting, monthly Profit and Loss statements, and monthly cash balance reports.
- Assist with various other financial operations tasks based on evolving business needs.
Office Administration
- Handle occasional office administration tasks including, but not limited to:
- Answering office phone calls
- Collecting and distributing letters
- Managing shipments to partners
- Document archiving
- Coordinating team-building activities
