Join Gebr. Mengis AG, a family-owned corporate group based in Lucerne, focused on specialized deep construction, including core drilling, geothermal probes, and filter wells. With approximately 50 employees, our company offers a professional environment characterized by expertise, streamlined decision-making processes, and a long-standing market presence. We are seeking an individual for a responsible key position with real creative freedom to manage the finance and accounting department.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire finance and accounting functions for three companies within the group, including bookkeeping and annual financial statements according to OR.
• Manage consolidation, budgeting, and reporting processes.
• Act as the IT contact person and collaborate with HR on payroll management.
• Maintain close contact with the management team and proactively inform them about financial management indicators.
• Further develop the KPI system to enhance transparency and performance measurement.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Solid professional experience in finance and accounting, particularly in preparing financial statements according to OR, and ideally with consolidation knowledge.
• Relevant education and training as a certified accounting or fiduciary specialist, expert in accounting and controlling, business economist HF/FH, or similar.
• A service-oriented personality that proactively provides data and insights.
• The ability to work independently while being open to collaboration and direct communication.
• A strong IT affinity and an entrepreneurial, solution-oriented mindset.
