YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a Finance Director to oversee all aspects of Finance, excluding Manufacturing Finance. This role encompasses financial planning and analysis, controlling, accounting, processes and systems including data management, and operational pricing. The Finance Director will report directly to the CFO and will be a vital member of the CFO Leadership Team.

PLAYING YOUR PART

  • Develop and implement long-term financial planning and annual budgets:
    Collaborate with the CFO, CEO, and Executive Committee to align financial plans with the Maison’s strategic objectives, ensuring that targets are realistic and effectively communicated to key stakeholders.
  • Lead the forecasting process and analyze financial performance:
    Establish and execute a robust forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while providing insights into performance drivers and key trends. Offer guidance and objective data for informed decision-making and recommendations for financial performance enhancement.
  • Drive Finance strategy and projects:
    Work alongside the Finance Leadership Team to create and implement a vision, project roadmap, and plans aligned with the Maison’s strategic objectives and priorities.
  • Lead continuous improvement of financial processes, data, and systems:
    Focus on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes, data management, and systems, striving for high-quality finance deliverables that meet the Maison's needs. Encourage innovative "ways of working" and the development of best practices.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the business:
    Ensure exceptional financial guidance and support for stakeholders both within and outside the Maison, including our international finance community. Strive to align the Finance function with business requirements while facilitating optimal resource allocation.
  • Lead the team:
    Recruit, train, and develop a team of talented professionals, fostering a collaborative culture of continuous improvement and ensuring the team possesses the skills and resources needed to excel.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in FP&A, with a proven track record in a similar position, ideally within the Luxury or Watchmaking industry.
  • A demonstrated history of leadership and team management.
  • A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in both French and English.
