YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a Finance Director who will lead the entire scope of Finance, excluding Manufacturing Finance. This role includes financial planning, analysis, controlling, accounting, processes & systems (including data), and operational pricing. The position will report directly to the CFO and be part of the CFO Leadership Team.
PLAYING YOUR PART
As a Finance Director, you will:
- Develop and implement the financial plan: Work closely with the CFO, CEO, and Executive Committee to align the financial plan with the Maison’s strategic objectives, ensuring realism and achievability while effectively communicating this plan to key stakeholders.
- Lead forecasting and performance analysis: Establish a robust forecasting process that provides insightful analysis of financial performance, identifies key trends, and offers data-driven recommendations for financial improvement.
- Drive Finance strategy and projects: Collaborate with the Finance Leadership team to devise a vision and project roadmap that aligns with the Maison’s strategic priorities.
- Enhance financial processes, data, and systems: Focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes, ensuring that deliverables meet high-quality standards and cater to the needs of the Maison.
- Partner with key stakeholders: Provide exceptional financial guidance and support to stakeholders within and around the Maison, ensuring optimal alignment with business needs and resource allocation.
- Lead the team: Recruit, train, and develop a team of talented professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement while equipping them with the necessary skills and resources to excel.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
Success in this role will require:
- A Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, with a proven track record in a similar role within the Luxury/Watchmaking industry being a plus.
- A strong track record in leadership and team management.
- A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
