We invite you to become a vital part of our finance team, contributing to our commitment to ensure the financial health and transparency of our organization. Your expertise will be essential in delivering accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and reliable financial processes.
In this role, you will take ownership of both day-to-day accounting tasks and key controlling activities. Your responsibilities will range from processing transactions and maintaining financial records to budgeting, forecasting, and supporting strategic decision-making.
What You Will Be Doing
- Reliably manage various accounting tasks such as accounts payable (AP) processes, credit card expenses, and VAT declarations.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly and yearly financial closings.
- Actively participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes while performing regular follow-ups with other functions.
- Develop the financial controlling function, including cost centers and KPIs.
- Collaborate on multiple initiatives related to reporting, tools, compliance, and process improvements.
What You Bring
- An educational background in Accounting, Controlling, or Business Administration, coupled with at least 2-3 years of professional experience.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills along with a hands-on mentality and a proactive, innovative approach.
- Proficiency in Abacus accounting software and related modules, as well as Power-BI.
- Fluency in both English and German.
- Prior experience in implementing a new ERP system is advantageous.
