Job Opportunity: Finance and Accounting Specialist
The Bernapark brand represents a diverse range of organizations and companies dedicated to the repurposing, development, construction, and operation of the Bernapark area in Deisswil-Stettlen. Additionally, Bernapark manages a portfolio of properties within the Bern-Mittelland region. We are currently seeking a Finance and Accounting Specialist (80-100%) to join our team at Bernapark AG, located in Deisswil-Stettlen.
Your Area of Responsibility
You will report directly to the Managing Director and will complement our existing finance team. After a comprehensive introduction and handover, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the accounting for Bernapark AG and various mandate accounts.
- Overseeing subsidiary ledgers, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets, alongside property accounting with the assistance of administrative staff.
- Preparing heating and ancillary cost statements.
- Compiling tax declarations and VAT returns.
- Preparing interim and annual financial statements as required.
- Serving as the point of contact for internal and external partners on financial matters.
- Participating in projects and process optimizations.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Solid, multi-year professional experience in finance and accounting, preferably in fiduciary or real estate sectors.
- Further education in finance and accounting.
- Expertise in balance sheet management.
