We are seeking a Film Rights Manager who is open-minded and well-read, with a keen sense for narratives and their cinematic potential. You should feel at home in the international film industry, be confident in conducting business negotiations, and possess extensive experience in film production and contracts.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide film and TV projects with care and dedication.
• Contribute your own ideas and initiatives.
• Develop new strategies for marketing our film and TV rights.
• Collaborate closely with our publisher, dedicated team, and international partners.

What We Are Looking For

• Native-level fluency in English and German; French language skills are beneficial.
• A degree in film or a comparable qualification.
• A passion for literature, cinema, and good storytelling.
• A confident persona, with strong organizational and negotiating skills.
