For decades, the books published by Diogenes Verlag have inspired generations of readers, as well as international film directors, producers, and studios who bring our stories to the big screen and television. Many of our bestsellers have become award-winning films and TV series.

You are open-minded and well-read, with a keen sense for stories and their cinematic potential. You feel at home in the international film industry, are confident conducting business negotiations, and possess extensive experience in film production and contracts.

In this exciting role, you will oversee and guide film and TV projects with care and dedication; contribute your own ideas and initiative; develop new strategies for marketing our film and TV rights; and work in close collaboration with our publisher, dedicated team, and international partners.

What we are looking for:

• Native-level fluency in English and German; French language skills are a plus.
• A degree in film or a comparable qualification.
• A passion for literature, cinema, and good storytelling.
• A confident persona, with strong organizational and negotiating skills.
