We are seeking a dedicated Film Rights Manager who is open-minded, well-read, and has a keen sense of stories and their cinematic potential. You should feel at home in the international film industry, possess confidence in conducting business negotiations, and have extensive experience in film production and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide film and TV projects with care and dedication.
• Contribute your own ideas and initiatives for project development.
• Develop new strategies for marketing our film and TV rights.
• Collaborate closely with our publisher, dedicated team, and international partners.

What We Are Looking For:

• Native-level fluency in English and German, with French language skills being advantageous.
• A degree in film or a comparable qualification.
• A passion for literature, cinema, and good storytelling.
• A confident persona with strong organizational and negotiating skills.
