About the Role

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of testing machinery at client sites across Europe. This position requires a balance between extensive field travel and technical office work, including 3D design and laboratory reporting, all within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Your responsibilities will involve a combination of international field service, technical troubleshooting, and internal project support in the laboratory and design office. Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission high-precision machines at customer production sites
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration according to established plans
• Diagnose and repair technical issues on-site or via remote video support
• Support operational qualification (OQ) activities and complete GxP-compliant documentation
• Instruct customer personnel on correct machine operation and basic maintenance procedures
• Design mechanical parts and tooling using 3D software while at the office
• Conduct instrument testing and prepare analytical reports in the laboratory

Qualifications

• Completed technical apprenticeship or diploma in mechatronics, automation, electromechanics, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of metrology instruments or mechanical parts machining
• Familiarity with Solidworks or similar 3D design software
• Advanced proficiency in English (B2+ level), including technical terminology
• Valid driver's license
• Social, intellectually curious, and goal-oriented personality
