About the Role

As a Field Service Technician, you will ensure the seamless operation of testing machinery at client sites across Europe. This role requires balancing extensive field travel with technical office work, including 3D design and laboratory reporting, all within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

This position involves a dynamic mix of international field service, technical troubleshooting, and internal project support in the laboratory and design office.

Work Tasks

  • Install and commission high-precision machines at customer production sites.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and calibration according to established plans.
  • Diagnose and repair technical issues on-site or via remote video support.
  • Support operational qualification (OQ) activities and complete GxP-compliant documentation.
  • Instruct customer personnel on correct machine operation and basic maintenance procedures.
  • Design mechanical parts and tooling using 3D software while based at the office.
  • Conduct instrument testing and prepare analytical reports in the laboratory.

We Are Looking For

  • Completed technical apprenticeship or diploma in mechatronics, automation, electromechanics, or a relevant field.
  • Basic knowledge of metrology instruments or mechanical parts machining.
  • Basic knowledge of Solidworks or similar 3D design software.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (B2+ level), including technical terminology.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Social, intellectually curious, and goal-oriented personality.
