Territory

This position encompasses areas including Sheffield, Derby, Nottingham, Calderdale, York, Leeds, Scarborough, Northern England, and parts of the Midlands.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on medical devices.
• Diagnose faults and deliver timely, effective technical solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers and manage service requests professionally.
• Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and technical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the wider service team and support product specialists.
• Help identify product issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Maintain the highest standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, HNC, or relevant technical experience.
• 3+ years of field service experience, ideally within the medical/healthcare sector.
• Strong electro-mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
