Field Operations Coordinator - Contract - REMOTE (Tarrytown, NY)

Shape the future of field operations by delivering outstanding onboarding, training, and support to commercial teams across the US. Proclinical is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to support onboarding and training efforts for US Commercial-Field new hires within the immuno-oncology and pharmaceutical space.

Primary Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring new team members have access to high-quality, up-to-date resources and are well-equipped to navigate corporate systems and processes.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and update a centralized knowledge base.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to lead effective training sessions.
• Familiarity with corporate systems such as intranet platforms, travel and expense management tools, and HR resources.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee a centralized knowledge base of onboarding content and resources for US Commercial-Field new hires.
• Ensure all materials are current, accurate, and easily accessible.
• Lead comprehensive training sessions for new hires, covering essential corporate resources such as the intranet site, travel and expense systems, HR tools, fleet programs, and vendor credentialing support.
