SAP FICO Consultant - 4-Month Contract Role - Remote (EU)
On behalf of one of our partners, RED is excited to announce a new contract opportunity for a SAP FICO Consultant to join a key partner for a roll-out in Romania. The initial contract will be for 4 months with potential for extension, and this position is fully remote.
Role Responsibilities
As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the global SAP template is adapted and deployed in compliance with Romanian accounting, tax, and statutory requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing localization gaps and defining solutions for VAT, SAF-T, e-Factura, and financial reporting.
- Collaborating with local finance and project stakeholders.
- Supporting configuration and testing activities.
- Managing defects and compliance requirements.
- Providing go-live and hypercare support to ensure a successful and compliant SAP deployment in Romania.
Desired Skills
- 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO.
- Experience with S/4HANA.
- Strong knowledge of Romanian localization.
- Familiarity with VAT and SAF-T.
- Experience with e-Factura/e-invoicing and statutory requirements.
- Proven track record of stakeholder involvement.
- Experience with go-live and hypercare support.
