We are currently seeking a dynamic Facility Manager to join our vibrant team in Grenchen. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work alongside a valuable support team of five direct reports, performing essential maintenance, security, and management tasks that promote a tidy and safe working environment for our squad members and guests visiting our headquarters. In addition, your team will oversee the management of our vehicle e-fleet.
Your Contribution
- You will uphold and improve infrastructure by planning and implementing systems, organizing spaces, and proactively reviewing current building equipment.
- You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and reviewing facility management guidelines, establishing standards and procedures, and adjusting them in coordination with other Breitling sites and facility colleagues.
- You will ensure the proper functioning of production-related facility installations and coordinate vendor interventions for necessary repairs in close collaboration with the production team.
- You will work closely with our Senior HSE Manager on all relevant health, safety, and environment topics.
- You will liaise with various external facility management service providers for maintenance and security to ensure the smooth operation of our site.
- You will coordinate and assign tasks to your team while closely monitoring the various department needs.
- You will keep management informed by analyzing specific reports, synthesizing key information, and highlighting short- and long-term trends.
- You will support local and global initiatives concerning security and the vehicle e-fleet, in alignment with other departments and colleagues.
- You will foster a motivated and collaborative team environment, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

You Will Fit Well If You Possess:
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in facility management, project management, or a similar position.
- Solid experience in a fast-paced, international, and corporate environment; prior experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Vocational training (e.g. Swiss EFZ/CFC), preferably in building services engineering, HVAC, architecture, or electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- A Bachelor's degree in facility management or a related field (strong plus).
- Very good knowledge of Office 365 tools with demonstrated project management experience and skills.
- Ability to manage workplace assignments independently and effectively oversee all project phases.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles (mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in a matrix-structured environment.
- A determined, resilient, and assertive personality.
- Fluency in English, French, and German (mandatory requirement).
- A valid Category B driving license.
