Your Mission:
- Prepare transport documentation and international shipments related to customers and products under your responsibility.
- Ensure that all documents, including invoices and export documents, are accurately prepared in compliance with international export regulations.
- Act as a key coordination point between internal teams, customers, and logistics partners to ensure efficient organization of shipments in line with customer requirements.
- Ensure adherence to confirmed shipping dates and transport instructions, maintaining organization and punctuality.
- Contribute to the smooth execution of global logistics operations by anticipating constraints and coordinating transport solutions while ensuring compliance with export procedures.
- Organize transport for international exhibitions worldwide under ATA Carnet procedures.
- Coordinate and manage strategic imports utilizing multimodal transport solutions (train, sea, air, and road).
Your Profile:
- CFC d’employé de commerce or equivalent qualification
- Export certification/brevet would be a strong advantage
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of E-DEC and Passar
- Experience working with an ERP system
- Proven experience in an import/export department
- Familiarity with triangular trade flows
- Knowledge and/or experience in sales order management
- Native French speaker, fluent in English (German is a plus)
