Your Mission
In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of transport documentation and international shipments related to our customers and products. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing all documentation, including invoices and export documents, with precision and in compliance with international export regulations.
- Acting as a critical coordination point between internal teams, customers, and logistics partners to ensure that shipments are organized efficiently and align with customer requirements.
- Ensuring that confirmed shipping dates and transport instructions are strictly followed.
- Contributing to the smooth execution of global logistics operations by anticipating constraints and coordinating transport solutions while ensuring compliance with export procedures.
- Preparing transport documentation, including invoices and export documents per international export regulations.
- Organizing transport for international exhibitions worldwide under ATA Carnet procedures.
- Coordinating and organizing strategic imports using multimodal transport solutions (train, sea, air, and road).
Your Profile
- CFC d’employé de commerce or equivalent qualification.
- Export certification/brevet would be considered a strong advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of E-DEC and Passar.
- Experience working with an ERP system.
- Proven experience in an import/export department.
- Experience with triangular trade flows.
- Knowledge and/or experience in sales order management.
- Native French speaker, fluent in English (German is a plus).
