Your Mission:
- Prepare transport documentation and manage international shipments related to customers and products under your responsibility.
- Ensure that all documents, including invoices and export paperwork, are prepared accurately and comply with international export regulations.
- Act as a key coordination point between internal teams, customers, and logistics partners to guarantee efficient shipment organization in line with customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with confirmed shipping dates and transport instructions, which are essential parts of your role.
- Contribute to the smooth execution of global logistics operations by anticipating constraints, coordinating transport solutions, and ensuring adherence to export procedures.
- Organize transport for international exhibitions worldwide under ATA Carnet procedures.
- Coordinate and manage strategic imports using multimodal transport solutions (train, sea, air, and road).
Your Profile:
- CFC d’employé de commerce or equivalent qualification
- Export certification/brevet would be a strong advantage
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of E-DEC and Passar
- Experience working with an ERP system
- Proven experience in an import/export department
- Experience with triangular trade flows
- Knowledge and/or experience in sales order management
- Native French speaker, fluent in English (German is a plus)
