Your Mission:
- Prepare transport documentation and manage international shipments related to customers and products under your responsibility.
- Ensure all documents, including invoices and export documents, are prepared accurately and comply with international export regulations.
- Serve as a key coordination point between internal teams, customers, and logistics partners to ensure efficient shipment organization in line with customer requirements.
- Respect confirmed shipping dates and transport instructions diligently.
- Contribute to the smooth execution of global logistics operations by anticipating constraints and ensuring compliance with export procedures.
- Organize transport for international exhibitions worldwide under ATA Carnet procedures.
- Coordinate and organize strategic imports using multimodal transport solutions (train, sea, air, and road).
Your Profile:
- CFC d’employé de commerce or equivalent qualification.
- Export certification/brevet is a strong advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of E-DEC and Passar.
- Experience with an ERP system.
- Proven experience in an import/export department.
- Experience with triangular trade flows.
- Knowledge and/or experience in sales order management.
- Native French speaker, fluent in English (German is a plus).
