Your Mission:
- Prepare transport documentation and manage international shipments related to customers and products.
- Ensure that all documents, including invoices and export papers, are accurate and comply with international export regulations.
- Serve as a vital coordination point between internal teams, customers, and logistics partners to guarantee efficient shipment organization in line with customer requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to confirmed shipping dates and transport instructions.
- Contribute to the smooth execution of global logistics operations by anticipating constraints and coordinating transport solutions.
- Prepare transport documentation under ATA Carnet procedures for international exhibitions worldwide.
- Organize and coordinate strategic imports using multimodal transport solutions (train, sea, air, and road).
Your Profile:
- CFC d’employé de commerce or equivalent qualification.
- Export certification or brevet would be a strong advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of E-DEC and Passar.
- Experience with an ERP system.
- Proven experience in an import/export department.
- Familiarity with triangular trade flows.
- Experience in sales order management is a plus.
- Native French speaker, fluent in English (German is advantageous).
