As an Export Finance Manager focusing on Technology, you will act as a trusted Finance Business Partner and the primary contact for all finance-related matters in selected Export markets. Your role will involve providing financial guidance on commercial transactions, conducting insightful contract assessments, and ensuring compliant, efficient operations in a global setting. Additionally, you will contribute to impactful projects aimed at simplifying and enhancing our monitoring processes and support key transformational initiatives like SAP HANA.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Finance Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for defined representation offices, NTLE, and countries without a local presence, addressing all Finance matters and liaising with relevant functions such as Business Partner, Export Operations, Credit Management, Legal, and Supply Chain Management.
• Conduct sales recognition assessments and validate provisions for sales reductions and deferrals against established commercial contractual terms.
• Review commercial and service contracts, creating Accounting Position Papers (APP) or Accounting Position Memos (APM) as required, and collaborate with Legal and Technical Accounting to ensure accurate accounting and reporting.
• Resolve accounting and reporting issues, ensuring alignment among respective functions.
• Support efforts to radically simplify Export business processes by engaging in the SAP HANA/LDC project and develop Monitoring and Oversight tools using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agent).

Essential Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in accounting or controlling, ideally within a commercial and/or export business context.
• Strong IT skills and a solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agent).
• Ability to deliver projects and promote harmonized processes across multiple functions using Citizen Development technologies.
• Experience in preparing financial presentations for Senior Leadership.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with business acumen and a proven track record in business partnering.
