  • Contribute to and enhance standards, processes, and continuous improvements in master data maintenance, driving global harmonization and standardization.
  • Take on a role as a (sub-)project manager in product development projects, overseeing the global industrialization of new products and managing cross-site introduction and rollout activities.
  • Ensure the coordination and implementation of changes across the product lifecycle as a product-responsible manufacturing planner.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Hold a degree in a technical field (e.g., production engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar) and have at least 10 years of professional experience in an industrial environment, with proven expertise in production-related engineering, master data management, and industrialization roles, along with international experience.
  • Possess strong expert knowledge in maintaining SAP production master data, particularly in routings, bills of materials, and variant configuration, complemented by a deep understanding of SAP ERP as a centralized system for managing and integrating core processes such as materials management and production planning.
  • Have experience in implementing, rolling out, or developing SAP ME in a variant-rich manufacturing context, with operational expertise in managing complex system and process dependencies among shop floor operations.
  • Demonstrate at least 10 years of experience in project management related to industrializing new products and processes, including cross-site rollouts within an international setting.
  • Exhibit a strong global mindset and intercultural competence, with the ability to effectively coordinate complex topics within a decentralized production network.
  • Communicate effectively across functions and locations and can harmonize and optimize global master data processes to align diverse stakeholder interests.
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and are structured, responsible, and team-oriented in your work approach.
