This role requires the ability to blend semi-gastronomic culinary excellence with the management of large volumes typical of collective catering services. The primary goal is to elevate the quality of cuisine while ensuring smooth and controlled production.

Job Description
- Assist the head chef in the daily organization of the kitchen brigade.
- Participate in the creation and presentation of refined and flavorful dishes.
- Ensure the consistent quality of preparations, both in terms of substance and presentation.
- Manage service flow while ensuring speed, efficiency, and consistency.
- Supervise the team in the absence of the head chef and foster a positive working atmosphere.
- Apply and enforce hygiene standards (HACCP) and safety protocols.
We Expect
- Proven experience as a sous chef, ideally in semi-gastronomy and collective catering.
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
- Independence, organizational skills, and initiative.
- Good knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
- Valid work permit in Switzerland (or accepted border status).
