In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and planning of various project dossiers, collaborating closely with project management and team members. You will oversee the development of architectural and structural solutions in collaboration with team members, construction companies, external consultants, and specialists.
You are expected to independently structure and tackle tasks. Because of your experience and sound judgment, you will proactively prioritize work steps, initiate them in line with project phases, and track their progress. With a blend of architectural sensitivity and technical understanding, you will confidently apply common representation methods during the design and execution planning phases.
Your hands-on work style and high intercultural competence will inspire your project team and help you build strong relationships with external project partners. You aim to shape the entire architectural creation process and confidently drive it forward from the clarity of architectural ideas to their realization in construction.
Effective communication with all project participants in a professional manner is crucial, as is the ability to convey architectural concepts and structural solutions clearly and persuasively through to execution on-site. You will thrive in a vibrant creative environment and demonstrate a high degree of flexibility in your project work.
