Job Description

Profile Sought

We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing kitchen operations to ensure the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily kitchen activities and event projects.
• Create innovative menus based on seasonal ingredients and client requests.
• Oversee the preparation of dishes according to quality standards.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
• Manage food stocks and orders to maintain an adequate supply.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef Cook or in a similar position.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and quality standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Mastery of hygiene and food safety regulations.
• Diploma in Catering, Culinary Arts, or Hospitality.
