Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Chef to take on a new challenge.

We seek a talented and passionate Chef (M/F) to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for supervising and managing kitchen operations to ensure the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise the daily activities of the kitchen, as well as event projects.
• Create innovative menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer requests.
• Oversee the preparation of dishes and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
• Manage food stocks and orders to maintain adequate supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef or in a similar position.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Thorough knowledge of culinary techniques and quality standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Mastery of food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Diploma in Catering, Culinary Arts, or Hospitality.
