- Management of payments and monitoring of general expenses

- General administrative management: mail, secretarial tasks, logistics
- Rigorous follow-up of suppliers and documentation related to operations
We Expect
- Holder of a vocational diploma (CFC) in commerce with commercial maturity
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the building or construction sector
- Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Microsoft Office and Baubit software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French
- A preference for numbers, attention to detail, organizational skills, and impeccable spelling
- Ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and with versatility
