A business operating in the Landeron region seeks to strengthen its administrative team by recruiting an Administrative Secretary/Accountant with solid experience in the building or construction sector.

Job Description

  • Management of payments and monitoring of general expenses
  • Phone reception and coordination of internal communications
  • General administrative management: mail, secretarial tasks, logistics
  • Rigorous follow-up of suppliers and documentation related to operations

We Expect

  • Holder of a vocational diploma (CFC) in commerce with commercial maturity
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the building or construction sector
  • Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Microsoft Office and Baubit software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French
  • A preference for numbers, attention to detail, organizational skills, and impeccable spelling
  • Ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and with versatility
