About the Role
Our ambition is to lead in immunology across international markets, with Remibrutinib at the forefront as a prioritized launch for the organization. The Executive Director International, Remibrutinib, will play a critical role in shaping the end-to-end brand strategy, encompassing vision, development, orchestration, implementation, and evaluation of integrated Remibrutinib strategies across major international markets. The ED will primarily focus on the key markets of Germany, Japan, and China, ensuring the successful launch and growth of Remibrutinib, including the launch of Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) and supporting the launch of chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) along with other lifecycle management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- International Launch Strategy: Lead the development and execution of launch plans for assigned indications, ensuring alignment with overall asset strategy and corporate objectives.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Orchestrate a global, cross-functional team (Medical, Regulatory, Access, Commercial, Supply, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of the launch.
- Launch Readiness: Assess and drive readiness across core and priority markets, identifying risks and enabling mitigation plans for timely launch execution.
- Insight Integration: Utilize market research, competitive intelligence, and stakeholder feedback to refine positioning, messaging, and tactical planning.
- International-Local Partnership: Collaborate closely with regional and country teams to ensure effective implementation of global strategies, providing guidance and tools to support in-market success.
- Milestone Tracking & Governance: Define and monitor key launch milestones and KPIs; lead governance updates to facilitate timely decision-making.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate Remibrutinib’s vision and strategic goals effectively to senior leaders, including the International Leadership Team (ILT) and Country Presidents (CP).
- Compliance & Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of compliance and excellence during all activities.
- Commercialization Excellence: Lead Remibrutinib International Commercialization Excellence (ICE) initiatives to drive best practices in customer engagement strategies and foster a customer-centric mindset within the teams.
Essential Requirements
- 15+ years of commercial experience across various functions at country and above-country levels, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the commercial landscape.
- Proven success in leading product launches with therapeutic area leadership in core markets.
- Extensive experience in immunology, particularly with dermatologists and allergologists.
- Background in high-performing/high-growth brands or markets, with insight into the factors influencing customer and patient behaviors for successful asset launches.
- Skilled at translating scientific data into compelling brand value propositions for impactful launches throughout lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated success in collaboration across cross-functional teams and key markets to achieve strategic and performance targets.
