We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee all kitchen areas within our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and flawless operations, driving both guest satisfaction and profitability through optimal use of resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchens in the hotel, including:
- À la carte restaurants
- Bars
- In-room dining
- Breakfast services
- Banqueting and catering services
- Achieve high guest satisfaction through optimal resource management.
- Implement hotel-specific quality standards and management requirements.
- Ensure proper handling of machinery, fixtures, and equipment.
- Maintain compliance with hygiene regulations.
- Regularly inspect kitchens and storage areas.
- Monitor production processes, methods, and conditions.
- Maintain strict control over all food items issued to and from the kitchen.
- Ensure all orders are prepared according to specifications.
- Minimize food waste through effective portion and production control.
- Create menus, including costing and calculations.
- Maintain food cost percentages within budget.
- Coordinate maintenance of kitchen equipment with the Facility Manager.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness in coordination with the Chef Steward.
