Job Title: Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee all kitchen areas within our hotel. This role is critical in ensuring smooth and flawless operations, maintaining high standards of quality, and achieving guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all kitchens in the hotel, including:
    • À la carte restaurants
    • Bars
    • In-room dining
    • Breakfast
    • Banqueting and catering services
  • Achieve high guest satisfaction and profitability through optimal resource utilization.
  • Implement hotel-specific quality standards and management requirements.
  • Ensure proper handling of machinery, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations.
  • Regularly inspect kitchens and storage areas.
  • Monitor production processes, methods, and conditions.
  • Maintain strict control over all food items issued to and from the kitchen.
  • Ensure all orders are prepared according to specifications.
  • Minimize food waste through appropriate portion and production control.
  • Create menus, including costing and calculations.
  • Maintain food cost percentages within budget.
  • Coordinate maintenance of kitchen equipment with the Facility Manager.
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness in coordination with the Chef Steward.
