Job Title: Kitchen Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Operations Supervisor to oversee the smooth and flawless operations in all kitchen areas of our hotel. If you have a passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to guest satisfaction, we invite you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all kitchens in the hotel, including:
    • À la carte restaurants
    • Bars
    • In-room dining
    • Breakfast
    • Banqueting and catering services
  • Achieve high guest satisfaction and profitability through optimal resource management.
  • Implement hotel-specific quality standards and management requirements.
  • Ensure proper handling of machinery, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations.
  • Regularly inspect kitchens and storage areas.
  • Monitor production processes, methods, and conditions.
  • Maintain strict control over all food items issued to and from the kitchen.
  • Ensure all orders are prepared according to specifications.
  • Minimize food waste through proper portion and production control.
  • Create menus, including costing and calculations.
  • Maintain food cost percentages within budget.
  • Coordinate maintenance of kitchen equipment with the Facility Manager.
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness in coordination with the Chef Steward.
