Position: CEO

As part of a strategic succession plan, we seek a member of our management team with exceptional development potential to step into the role of CEO at Tomaro AG. After a comprehensive onboarding with our long-standing managing director, you will assume overall responsibility for the sustainable strategic and operational development of the company in the medium term.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial planning, including budgeting, cost, and investment strategies.
• Actively participate in marketing planning and execution.
• Oversee the professional management and development of properties, focusing on full occupancy, value preservation, and targeted maintenance.
• Foster a motivating work environment that promotes employee growth and enhances corporate culture.
• Represent the company confidently to tenants, investors, the board of directors, and external partners.
• Drive innovations and execute solutions decisively in challenging situations.

Qualifications

We are looking for a young, ambitious, and entrepreneurial-minded individual who possesses:

• A business education at the FH level or equivalent further training.
• Relevant professional experience, ideally with real estate expertise and a passion for retail.
• A strong understanding of people, numbers, and markets.
• A structured and responsible working style.
• Fluent German and very good English skills.
