About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EWM Business Process Consultant to support the shared-services function of a global pharmaceutical organization. The consultant will deliver SAP EWM business-process expertise, functional support, user consultation, training, and operational process governance across warehouse and supply-chain operations. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders from warehouse, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, and IT to ensure that SAP EWM effectively supports daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and business-process expertise across SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Support day-to-day warehouse and supply-chain operations using SAP EWM.
• Analyze and resolve SAP EWM process and operational issues.
• Engage directly with warehouse and supply-chain users to understand business requirements and identify suitable SAP solutions.
• Assist with incidents, enhancements, process changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Support and advise users on inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, and inventory processes.
• Provide guidance on RF processes, warehouse monitoring, and exception handling.
• Facilitate integration-related processes between EWM and other SAP modules, particularly MM, PP, and QM.
• Deliver end-user consultation, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Help maintain and enhance warehouse process standards and governance.
• Collaborate with quality, manufacturing, supply-chain, and IT stakeholders within a regulated environment.
• Support the shared-services team in ensuring consistent and effective EWM processes across operations.

Required Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of SAP experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of:
  • Inbound processes
  • Outbound processes
  • Internal warehouse processes
  • Inventory management
  • RF processes
  • Warehouse monitoring
  • Exception handling
• Robust understanding of SAP EWM integration with MM, PP, and QM.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving SAP EWM business-process issues.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical SAP solutions.
• Experience supporting incidents, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working directly with warehouse, supply-chain, manufacturing, quality, and IT teams.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
