Integrated within The Circle’s vibrant ecosystem of retail, dining, and the Convention Center (17 Meeting Rooms + Convention Hall for up to 1,500 persons), this dual-hotel cluster stands as one of Hyatt’s most visible showcases in Europe.

Role Overview

As Event Sales Manager, you will monitor the competitive landscape, cultivate sustainable client relationships, and analyze local, national, and international trends. Your goal will be to ensure that we consistently deliver the best possible experiences for our guests and clients. Additionally, you will identify new markets and business opportunities, leveraging your self-motivation to keep Hyatt Regency & Hyatt Place The Circle top of mind among potential partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote all event spaces within the hotel (meeting rooms, convention hall, outdoor areas, restaurants).
  • Prepare professional proposals and contracts, including room layouts, technical requirements, and F&B suggestions.
  • Lead negotiations and conduct site inspections.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business.
  • Manage company data within the hotel system Envision.
  • Collaborate closely with the Event Planning, Culinary, Service teams, and other operational departments.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in an international hotel with meeting rooms.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is highly preferred.
  • Well-connected within Zurich.
  • A strong ability to present yourself and the company in a convincing and impactful manner.
