Your Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Planning event details and room reservations for up to 250 participants, including consultations and detail arrangements, as well as up-selling and cross-selling.
• Creating and maintaining customer relationships, providing on-site support.
• Conducting site inspections.
• Assisting the Event Sales and Event Planning Team with events hosting up to 500 attendees.
• Handover of events to operational departments.
• Creating deposit invoices, controlling final invoices, and managing general correspondence.
• Utilizing various hotel systems including Envision, Opera, and Reserve.
