To strengthen their motivated and committed team, we are seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Sales Calculator (m/f) in the internal sales department, with a work percentage of 80 - 100%. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction as a general contractor or trade contractor in wood/module construction within the St. Galler Rheintal region.

Job Description

The Sales Calculator will be responsible for calculating and preparing general and total contractor offers during the acquisition and sales phase, in collaboration with internal and external partners in the St. Galler Rheintal. Key responsibilities include:

• Creating technical building descriptions
• Requesting, reviewing, and negotiating subcontractor offers
• Responding to general/trade contractor tenders or planning buildings according to customer specifications

We Expect

• Technical training in construction (draftsman, carpenter, joiner, etc.) with commercial further education (e.g., business school, technical salesman)
• Essential knowledge in timber construction
• Ability to work independently, with precision and economic thinking
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• CAD knowledge is an advantage (training will be provided)
• Basic knowledge of current building standards is a plus (training will be provided)
• Willingness to learn new things!
