Your Mission

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ESG strategy aligned with the team’s goals and Formula 1’s Net Zero Carbon by 2030 commitment.
  • Lead environmental initiatives, including carbon footprint reduction, sustainable fuel integration, and renewable energy adoption.
  • Deliver cost cap efficiencies in close collaboration with the finance team.
  • Drive social responsibility programs focused on diversity, inclusion, community engagement, and employee well-being in strong alignment with HR.
  • Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (race operations, logistics, marketing), as well as external stakeholders (FIA, race promoters, suppliers, and sponsors), including Audi AG.
  • Oversee ESG reporting and compliance, including sustainability disclosures and impact assessments.
  • Monitor emerging ESG trends, opportunities, and risks, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Represent the team in ESG forums and partnerships across the motorsport industry.
  • Establish ESG Strategy Development and integration of the ESG roadmap.
  • Lead Environmental Sustainability initiatives aligned with Audi Revolut F1 team goals.
  • Implement standards for Social Impact, Inclusion, and Employee Wellbeing.
  • Monitor Governance Frameworks and conduct Risk & Compliance assessments.
  • Take on any other related activities as may be required from time to time.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental science, sustainability, business & economics, social science, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in comparable ESG leadership roles, preferably within the sports, motorsports, or automotive sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks (e.g., ISO 14001, GRI, SDGs).
  • Experience with data analytics and ESG reporting tools.
  • Project management expertise in driving cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in driving social responsibility programs focused on diversity, inclusion, and community engagement would be an advantage.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and work with teams across multiple locations.
  • Performance-oriented and a driving leadership personality.
  • Fluent in both English and German languages.
