How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ensure equipment reliability through proactive maintenance and participation in continuous improvement initiatives (CIP).
- Promote a safe work environment by applying 6S principles and adhering to ABRA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with various teams to support modernization, expansion, and the smooth operation of production lines.
- Contribute to documentation efforts by maintaining daily task records and developing troubleshooting resources.
- Assist in system upkeep by maintaining production planning software (SiView) and updating equipment databases and logs.
- Participate in audits and address safety-related action items and improvements.
- Foster knowledge sharing by providing training and ongoing learning opportunities to team members.
- Support technical operations by assisting with system maintenance and ensuring production aligns with current best practices.
Your Background
- Technical apprenticeship with subsequent specific extension courses, or a degree in electronics, mechanics, or physics, or equivalent education.
- At least 5 years of experience in maintaining semiconductor production systems, including preventive measures, troubleshooting, repairs, and documentation, with a focus on production equipment used in photolithography.
- Proficiency in tools for resist coating and developing (Screen 80B/80EX) and exposing (Ultratech 1500 / Canon i3000W/3030i5a Steppers).
- Good command of German and English is mandatory; any additional language is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
