Our Deloitte Finance Transformation consultants provide support from strategic design to tool evaluation and implementation for business clients. They identify clients' business needs and create customized, integrated solutions leveraging the latest technological advancements.

How You Can Make an Impact

• You will work on end-to-end projects in the Enterprise Performance Management space.
• You will focus on strategic design and technical implementation.
• Collaborating with our Finance Transformation Team, you will partner with renowned technology providers globally and combine their tools with our proven expertise to deliver the best solutions to our clients.
• You will design and implement the latest EPM solutions for financial planning, reporting, and consolidation, utilizing leading technology providers (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, etc.).
• You will analyze our clients' business finance and controlling processes, evaluating the optimal use of analytics and defining key performance indicators (KPIs).

Who We Are Looking For

• You possess a university degree in Finance, IT, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in process consulting and the design and implementation of EPM solutions.
• You have a solid understanding of EPM processes, including enterprise reporting, financial planning/budgeting/forecasting, and consolidation.
• You hold strong functional and technical knowledge of EPM processes with one or more technological solutions.
• You exhibit strong communication and analytical skills.
• You are fluent in English and German and are willing to travel within Switzerland and abroad.
