Join our Finance Transformation Consulting team and help our clients successfully manage global challenges. Our Deloitte Finance Transformation consultants provide support from strategic design to tool evaluation and implementation for business clients. They determine clients' business needs and create customized, integrated solutions, leveraging the latest technological developments.

How You Can Make an Impact

• You will work on end-to-end projects in the Enterprise Performance Management space.
• You will focus on strategic design through technical implementation.
• Alongside our Finance Transformation Team, you will partner with renowned technology providers globally, combining their tools with our proven expertise to offer the best solutions to our clients.
• You will design and implement the latest EPM solutions for financial planning, reporting, and consolidation, enabled by leading technology providers (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, etc.).
• You will analyze our clients' business finance and controlling processes, evaluate analytics use, and define KPIs.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have a university degree in Finance, IT, Business, or a similar field, with at least 5 years of experience in process consulting, and designing and implementing EPM solutions.
• You possess a solid knowledge of EPM processes, such as enterprise reporting, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
• You have strong functional and technical knowledge of EPM processes with one or more technological solutions.
• You demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills.
• You are fluent in English and German and are willing to travel within Switzerland and abroad.
