Join our Finance Transformation Consulting team and help our clients successfully manage global challenges. Our Deloitte Finance Transformation consultants provide support from strategic design to tool evaluation and implementation for business clients. They determine clients' business needs, creating customized and integrated solutions that leverage the latest technological advancements.

How You Can Make an Impact

• You will work on end-to-end projects in the Enterprise Performance Management Space.
• Your focus will range from strategic design to technical implementation.
• Collaborating with our Finance Transformation Team, you will partner with renowned technology providers globally, combining their tools with our proven expertise to offer the best solutions to our clients.
• You will design and implement the newest EPM solutions for financial planning, reporting, and consolidation, enabled by leading technology providers (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, etc.).
• You will analyze our clients' business-finance and controlling processes and evaluate the best use of analytics, while also working on the definition of KPIs.

Who We Are Looking For

• You hold a University degree in Finance, IT, Business, or a similar field, with at least 5 years of experience in process consulting and the design and implementation of EPM solutions.
• You possess a solid understanding of EPM processes, including enterprise reporting, financial planning/budgeting/forecasting, and consolidation.
• You have strong functional and technical knowledge of EPM processes associated with one or more technological solutions.
• Your strong communication and analytical skills enable effective collaboration.
• You are fluent in English and German, and are open to traveling within Switzerland and abroad.
