About the Role
Join our dynamic Enrollment team and play a key role in guiding families through their journey to our school. Working closely with the Head of Enrollment, you will manage the enrollment process, handle inquiries, and ensure accurate data management. You will also support recruitment events and take on administrative tasks to create seamless enrollment experiences for prospective families.
Key Responsibilities
- Enrollment Management & Communication: Handle inquiries professionally via email, phone, and various communication channels; coordinate interviews, video conferences, and school tours.
- Application Processing: Track applications, communicate missing documentation, and prepare files for review.
- Enrollment & Onboarding: Process offers, manage invoicing and data, and ensure smooth student enrollment. Manage the transfer of students between academic pathways.
- Event Participation: Support recruitment events both on and off campus.
- Reporting & Documentation: Generate reports for local municipalities and internal use, issue enrollment and leaving certificates.
- Information Management: Transfer and update family information in school systems.
What You Bring to This Role
- Education or training in a relevant field and professional experience in a comparable position.
- Business fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional and friendly interaction with families and external parties.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Strong IT skills and comfort working with databases, reporting tools, and communication platforms.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a team environment.
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy in data management and documentation.
