Job Description

Your Responsibilities

• Guide and support children in their development while organizing a creative and varied daily routine.
• Plan and organize educational activities based on our bespoke curriculum.
• Collaborate closely with parents, fostering a trusting and openly communicative relationship.
• Ensure a safe and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable and secure.
• Work closely with your team to maintain and further develop globegarden's high-quality standards.

What You Bring

• Completed training as an Early Years Educator or equivalent social pedagogical qualification, for example: BA Early Childhood Education, CACHE Level 3, nursery teacher, etc.
• Passion for working with children and enthusiasm for fostering their development.
• Team spirit, creativity, and the ability to bring the curriculum to life.
• Open and confident communication skills with parents, colleagues, and children.
• Interest in your own professional and personal development.
