Our award-winning ecologically designed campus is situated in the heart of the Rheintal, in Buchs. We seek candidates who bring a rigorous and inclusive approach to teaching English and performing arts. You will have a strong background in language instruction for both English home language learners and English language learners, as well as expertise in performing arts. Your role will involve bringing texts to life in and beyond the classroom while collaborating with students on all aspects of dramatic and musical productions, from staging to performance.

Ideal candidates will have experience or align pedagogically with the IB approach, demonstrating a professional commitment to a student-initiated, inquiry-led style of teaching and learning.

We are seeking teachers who:

• Are qualified English language and performing arts teachers with at least five years of teaching experience and a minimum of a bachelor's degree
• Possess significant expertise in teaching English Language and Literature (English A) and English Language Acquisition (English B) to both English home language learners and English language learners
• Exhibit a willingness to design and deliver an engaging performing arts program
• Promote a well-organized, inspiring, and inquiry-led learning environment
• Offer enthusiasm and uphold a positive, empathetic approach to students, colleagues, and the wider community
• Are internationally-minded and committed to the IB philosophy and approach
• Are adept at integrating technology into teaching and learning to enhance student outcomes
• Are dedicated to ongoing personal and professional improvement
• Engage with and contribute to the full life of the school
